Welcome to NegiFarmhouse, your serene retreat in the heart of Shangarh. These terms and conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the Guest) and NegiFarmhouse (we, us, or our). By making a reservation or using our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these terms. We encourage you to review them carefully before proceeding with your booking.

1. Booking and Reservations

• Check-in time is 11:00 AM and check-out time is 1:00 PM.
• A valid government-issued ID is required at check-in.
• Advance booking amount is non-refundable.
• Reservation modifications are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
• We reserve the right to cancel or modify reservations in case of suspicious activity or policy violations.

2. Payment Terms

• All rates are in Indian Rupees and include applicable taxes.
• 50% advance payment is required to confirm the booking.
• The remaining payment must be made at check-in.
• We accept cash, major credit cards, and digital payment methods.
• Additional charges may apply for extra services or amenities.

3. Cancellation Policy

• Cancellations made 7 days before check-in: 75% refund of the advance payment
• Cancellations made 3-7 days before check-in: 50% refund of the advance payment
• Cancellations made less than 3 days before check-in: No refund
• Force majeure situations will be handled on a case-by-case basis

4. Property Rules and Regulations

• Guests must maintain peaceful environment and respect other visitors
• Smoking is prohibited inside the rooms
• Pets are not allowed without prior permission
• Guests are responsible for any damage to property or furnishings
• The management reserves the right to ask guests to leave in case of policy violations

5. Liability and Disclaimers

• We are not responsible for loss or damage to personal belongings
• Guests use facilities at their own risk
• The management is not liable for any accidents or injuries on the premises
• We reserve the right to modify these terms without prior notice
